Keystone Pathways is a small-business and non-profit consulting practice founded by Karim Baz and operated under B7 Collective LLC. It serves a small number of local businesses each year across Montgomery, Prince George's, and Howard counties in Maryland.
Engagements are accepted by mutual fit, not by demand. The practice is being maintained as a craft practice, focused on a small number of well-fit engagements per year rather than on revenue scale.
02 · Philosophy
Keystone Pathways is built on the belief that the best solutions are simple, human, and sustainable. Success doesn't come from complicated systems or endless buzzwords. It comes from clarity.
The practice is anti-hype, anti-jargon, and explicitly opposed to inflated promises. It exists to help people cut through the noise, build processes that last, and create businesses that feel steady rather than stressful.
