A consulting practice within B7 Collective

Steady guidance.
Practical steps. Real progress.

A small-business and non-profit consulting practice serving Montgomery, Prince George's, and Howard counties in Maryland. Engagements are accepted by mutual fit, scoped to outcome, and built to leave the client with something they can hold and use.

An invitation

A different kind of engagement.

No fee is set in advance. Engagements are accepted by fit, not by fee, and at the close you decide what the work was worth to your business, including the option of nothing at all.

This is not pay-what-you-want and not a discount. It is a deliberate posture. The practice is small, selective, and built around a few well-fit engagements per year, so the work has to be good and the fit has to be real before anything begins.

The shops, schools, and organizations that quietly do right by their customers and communities are why the practice is set up this way.

The deliverable

What an engagement leaves behind.

An engagement leaves the client with something they can hold and use, not a slide deck and an invoice. The exact form depends on the business.

Multi-page Playbook

A working document with strategy, templates, and the rationale behind each move.

Working Templates

Intake forms, estimates, review cards, rate sheets, and the small documents a business runs on.

Brand & Website Refresh

A clear visual mark, a site that loads and reads, and the small details that make a business look itself.

Strategy & Pipeline

A document that names the priorities, the customer flow, and the next three concrete moves.

Business shouldn't be overwhelming. The best solutions are simple, human, and sustainable.
